Disappointed in the quality of two bunches of flowers I purchased. After 1 day they are drooping and look like they are about to die. I phoned to let them know and they politely said 'it is what is' and not the right season for this type of flower. I've loved purchasing flowers here but now reluctant to go back.
Good place but only vegetable store that surcharge on any card payment.
I have been going to this shop for years because I've found the quality and prices to be very good. A couple of days this week I've noticed that all the cashiers and female stockers have been wearing their masks correctly, but unfortunately some men seem are wearing their masks under their noses. When I politely challenged one of them I was advised how difficult it is to wear a loose mask for 14 hours straight, and that I should 'try It'and 'Show some respect'. The owners should be insisting on the correct wearing of masks, but apparently have chosen to ignore the problem. I won't be shopping there again until all visible workers are wearing their masks over their mouths and noses.
Staff and management discriminate against vulnerable citizens. Was just refused service & assaulted by a grocer for not wearing a mask even after I showed a letter of exemption. They followed me out of the store invaded my 1.5 and attempted to kick me as I was leaving disgruntled. Just wanted to buy some fruit. "You do not need a medical certificate stating that you have a lawful reason for not wearing a face mask. If you have a lawful reason for not wearing a face mask, you do not need to apply for an exemption or permit." DHS
Head up the road to La Manna for better produce, less surly staff and no card nastiness.
Good quality produce and really friendly staff all year round :)
Fruit at times seems fresher than supermarkets n has cheap bags quick sale for fruit sometimes in offer
