The concert on Sunday in Ivanhoe was superb. It was very moving to see 3rd and 4th generation children dancing our wonderful dances and the whole event was organised beautifully. One complaint though....the music was way too loud. I saw people around me wincing as the music started. My daughter left halfway through because she could no longer bear the volume. My 87 year old mother put tissues in her ears. Our 90 year old friend pulled out his hearing aids! I put in ear plugs. It is so typical of Greek events. It makes an otherwise wonderful event unpleasant. If it is affecting us so much I hate to tnink what it is doing to young ears. The music becomes distorted and murky. Please stop doing this.
Need a pleasant venue for 150 people that is pleasant, clean and affordable? Look no further. Massive carpark available also.
