Got some sweets today and this place has gone down hill. I came home and all the sweets where soggy and like they have been there for over 2 days. I’m not sure if there is a change in ownership but never again. This used to be one of my favourite places with all the sweet shops in Melbourne but not anymore.

As someone who is not a sweet tooth, loves their sweets! Very reasonably priced!

If it's sweet your after, this Is the place to go. I'm not going to try to describe the variety of cakes, sweets, biscuits, desserts, chocolates etc you just have to try it yourself. The staff are always very polite and helpful as well.

I've been getting the sweets from here for years and the quality has now gone way down on my last visit. Not sure what happened but hope they cam recover and make the quality good again. I will be giving this place a second chance but if it flops, I will moving on.

The male staff member working this Saturday 17th of April morning with the grey hooded jumper and premature facial hair needs a few lessons on customer service. Great sweets but I/my large family will not be returning to this establishment.

Have heard about this place before and was in the list to visit once and got a chance to visit when I was in Brunswick. A great sweet shop specialised in Lebanese sweets. There is a variety of sweets to choose from. Without an idea of how they taste it was hard to choose any, but tried few of them by the look of it. They all looked so yummy and tasted absolutely delicious. There is a separate area on the first floor to dine in.

I wish I had taken the time to read the reviews a bit more, before deciding to visit this store last Sunday(07/02/21) at around 6:30pm I bought 90 of baklava and other sweets as a gift to take visiting family I hadn't seen in years. I'm new to Melbourne (a week now) and thought this would be super simple task. Although the sweets were passable in taste and quality, I wouldn't say they were value for money (and I have come from Sydney where prices are pretty high). I had to ask three times for extra cream on the sweets (very stingy). However, what lead me to give this place a one star rating was the service I received. The customer service attendant was rather rude, snappy, unprofessional and her body language and facial expressions were one of complete disregard and disengagement. I had to repeat my order several times, probably because she wasn't interested in the slightest about assisting me with my order. There was no enforcement of other customers not wearing a mask inside and it seemed like there was no system to queuing up either. I have never seen customer service like this before - and can I say, I always begin engagement with only respect for workers. Sadly this employee seemed to lack even the basic skill set and training in customer service. I walked out feeling very annoyed and disappointed, before even trying the sweets. Do yourself a favour, google their competitors and give them a go, that's what ill be doing next time..
