Bought a jewellery cleaner and got talked into a cloth. Bit anyway expensive from last I bought one. Up around 15. Nice shop, clean and friendly staff.

My 17 year old son purchased a lovely silver bracelet for me for Xmas. There was no issue with this product but it simply didn’t fit me. I ask for a refund and they advised that they didn’t offer refunds unless the product was faulty and I was to choose something else. I advised I dont want anything else and I wanted a refund for my son. Again advised that this wasn’t their Policy unless it was faulty. Well to me it was faulty as it was never going to fit me nor could it be extended. So I have had to exchange for a product I won’t wear. I am very disappointed that they would take this stand. It is poor customer service and they could see it wouldn’t fit me. I will tell my son. To stay away from your store and brand as your service in Unacceptable and inflexible to individuals.

I purchased a half-moon pendant set and a ring from Wallace. The quality of both items was superb. You guys can rely upon them. My first choice is Wallace because I got a huge range of designs and patterns in all kind of jewellery. Excellent service and quality products and great communication

Had my pocket watch repaired at this store. Staff were courteous and very helpful. I was phoned regularly with progress reports. Price was very reasonable. Highly recommended if you want a good job on older timepieces

I purchased a beautiful signet ring half off on Wallace bishop online and they were so amazingly helpful, after I gave the ring to my husband we decided it was a bit too skinny for his hand so we went into this store. I thought I’d end up paying ALOT more to get the band thickened or to buy a different ring but they did everything they could to match the price. Such an awesome staff. Tahlia was especially awesome. Thank you!!!
