Very friendly, helpful staff with extensive knowledge of their products. I also use Ezra for saddle fitting and her service is second to none! My horse has never felt better in her PDS Valegro.

Poor customer service! They pick and choose what items Afterpay is allowed on. I found a saddle on their website for a price I rung and had it held for less than 24hrs. They tried to up the price and not allow Afterpay on apparent "Discounted" item. They stuffed up the online price. Poor service and won't be returning!
