Worst hair cut ever. I asked for short back and sides and got a terrible blend after using the clippers incorrectly, causing my head to become red (which was noticed after the fact but no connection made) this was after sitting for 30 mins after my appointment time with no communication and then got covered in hair due to the Cape not being on properly and then charged double the price I would pay anywhere else. If you can't use clippers properly, please don't try. I will not be returning at all.

This place is amazing. I went there this morning as my previous hair dresser (different salon) messed up my hair so badly that I was super frustrated. I’ve got immediately an appointment and they’ve fixed my hair in the best possible way. Thank you so much.

Customer Service- Not good at all especially at Browns Plains. Undervalued as a customer took three hrs for foils and cut. Got moved to small back room by self, where product is kept so they can do more people. Asked for bright colour not what I got. Had to hold my own mirror up so they could cut my hair, as there were no stations. Did not want to lose much length as I needed an up do for a wedding and was shown in mirror I was holding my self how much I would lose, which I was happy with in the end turned out to be a lot more then what I wanted and was shown. Now it is too short. Well over priced for what I needed done.

Went there last Thursday for a hair colour (my first ever). Some great staff prepped up followed by an amazing friendly stylist called Cassandra. The thought was to get a salt and pepper.. My hair texture posed a proem, understand that bit. Cassandra and a couple of others went out of their way. Hats off to you wonderful people. I ended buying hair products on check out. Wanted to change the colour as my hair looked shabby in a week, not the stylists fault by any stretch of imagination. I had informed Cassandra that I would be back if I wasn't comfortable and get it redone (not free of course) But the lady that answered my call this morning was so rude that I had to ask her to stop lecturing me, even went on to call me unreasonable. I hung up without an appointment, booked it at another salon in the area for later tonight. Rude staff are potential revenue leaks, minus 6 stars. Staff like Cassandra & the 2 others that helped me are the real assets. 5 stars for you ladies.
