Very unprofessional to say the least. First time for skin check, male doctor told me to remove all clothing then left the room leaving door open. Then comes back and runs the scanner over me. Nothing said, then walks out again. I get dressed and wait for him to return for 10mins. Walk out to reception and am told I can go now. Two weeks goes by and I ring them to see if there are any results as I am concerned about some crusty spots on my forearms. Receptionist tells me the doctor would have consulted you after the scan. Nope he didn't, he just walked out. I said don't worry, I'll go get a second opinion. Thanks for doing nothing more but wasting my time.

I have finally found a wonderful female Dr! She is on time, very thorough, friendly, easy to talk too and an all round great Dr. So happy to have finally found a good Medical Centre! Would highly recommend Dr Wadud to everyone

Very unhappy with my recent attendance at this surgery. I attended for an annual skin cancer checkup. I had initially attended there 12 months ago and had some sunspots frozen off, as has always happened over the years at various surgeries or Mole Clinics. On all occasions, the sunspots were frozen off at the time, during the same visit. On this occasion, after the examination, I was again told I had two or three sunspots which needed to be frozen off. The doctor then told me to make another appointment for next week to come back and have them frozen off. Having to rebook to have sunspots frozen off has never occurred before so I questioned whether this was necessary. The doctor advised this is what he does. I told him that this had never happened before, with all sunspots being frozen off previously in the same consultation. He again told me that this is what he does and I would have to book another appointment. I then spoke with one of the receptionists (who was very helpful and polite). She indicated that a further appointment is generally not necessary unless a 'procedure' has to be done (biopsy, incisions etc). I asked the receptionist to go and check with the doctor again. She returned shortly afterwards to say that the doctor had told her I had to return so a biopsy could be taken and sent away. This had not been mentioned to me at all during the consultation. I was not happy with this experience at all so I did not rebook an appointment. Instead, I attended a different surgery the next day. On this occasion, the doctor examined me, found the same sunspots and froze them all off at the same time. It was all over in 20 mins.

Very great experience. I've seen two doctors, both were very professional and thorough. Everyone has a very friendly attitude. Receptionist was helpful and professional. Didn't have to wait very long. Will by back!!!!!

I made an appointment to get a skin check and my appointment was at 9.50am. I expect to be seen on time not have other patients be seen before me. The doctor was good but he was to busy talking to the nurse about taking his kids to the movies. But otherwise okay.

It was a good clinic before but for the last 2 months a lot of changes happened. The doctors are not available most of the days .The air con has not been working for the last 2 months. The waiting time has been more than 50 mins.Not happy at all with the bad changes that happened lately to this clinic.I hope they try to go back to the top of the lists of medical centers. Try to be the best

I am so imppessed when went to this surgery, i saw lady docror Dr Musi. She was so polite, informative, and skilled thorough. She did mole scan and i reauested for a consult at same time she accomadated me. I have changed my doctor and now she is treating my whole family, Can't be more satisfied with my doctor, Highly recomend her.
