Love coming to the beach house browns plains. The customer service is always on point, and the food is excellent. Great family friendly place, recommend them to everyone!

The Thursday wings are a little dry and they don't advertise anywhere it is a minimum buy of 10. Other meal options are better. Also wine glasses were dirty.
We took the grandkids here for lunch on Wed 14th. There were 2 groups ahead of us in the entry foyer area, appeared that some were having difficulty with the Covid sign-in process. Staff were doing their best to have them seated. The lady who greeted was less than enthuiastic about welcoming diners. She did explain the covid requirements whilst dining. Diners place their orders at the counter. All meals were off the "lunchtime menu". Hubby enjoyed hIs burger; I had the 1/2 schnitzel with cheese and bacon - it was good however the coleslaw is STILL bland and tasteless. The grandkids enjoyed their chosen nuggets & spaghetti selections. The negative from this visit is that it was not explained as to how the grandkids were to obtain their included icecream dessert. When hubby ordered the meals he was not advised of the process. Floor staff did not inquire as to how our meals were (as we have previously experienced) so we were unable to ask them. I did try to attract the attention of a staff member whilst she was clearing tables, but she focused on what she was doing. Despite this experience, I'm inclined to go back, but only as a couple or in a group of adults as our past visits have been great.
I felt very good in this place and the kitchen has a very good taste (please continue with your good job). The customer service was nice but the current system to order take a bit long on the queue. The price is reasonable.
This place is our go to place, we absolutely love it here. First I'll like to mention that the vibe here is very chill.... It has a relaxed atmosphere and plenty of open space & it's always clean... The staff are always friendly, pleasant, well presented and great service, we find the staff amazing! I recommend this place for any occasion. The food selection is nice and we have always enjoyed our meals here.

Neat and tidy, Service was average, My sister and Hubby took me there for my 62nd Birthday, Hubby had to get drinks from counter, food was good I had a steak and chips with salad, overall would recommend for a meal - 16 was the steak on a valve for money!
I really enjoy the service it's always great. They have dishes that they do very well and I enjoy the wines they have available.
