Wynstan made two sliding mosquito doors for us and they have been terrific. They were well priced, delivered and installed efficiently and work very well. I would certainly recommend them.

We went with Wynstan Brookvale because of their lead time being shorter than other companies that quoted for us. What a mistake. Our screens are weeks overdue and even though 2/3 of our screens have been ready for installation this whole time, Wynstan won’t install them because they’re waiting on just one screen and refuse to do multiple installations. Not once have we received a call apologising or even notifying us of the delay, it’s been up to us to chase them. Absolutely terrible customer service I’m sorry to say. I’m really disappointed and upset. Never again ———— In response to Wynstan’s response to my google review, “We’re very sorry to hear that...”, is an empty platitude, since this should come as no surprise as we’ve already tried very hard to communicate with management and customer service already (to no avail). This is why I’m leaving a google review as I feel powerless as a customer who has already paid a deposit and am now stuck without screens or my money. I won’t be supplying my job number Wynstan, as you already have this from previous communication with us and I feel there is no point.

Louis came in to do the measurements for our 12 glass doors and windows blinds. He was very professional and very nice. I expressed to him how skeptical I was given previous reviews, but he reassured me I wouldn’t have any problems. Price was very reasonable as well and the product was delivered on time. The experience was even better when we met Laz the installer. He was very professional and nice throughout the whole installation process. They both did a great job and we are happy we went with Wynstan for our blinds.

We had a Crimsafe Door fitted and the 2 guys did an excellent job. There were some minor blemishes and they promised to return to fix them which they did at the time they said. Their tidiness and attention to detail was excellent. I would recommend them highly

Came in to enquire about some window awnings. The level of effort and enthusiasm from the female staff member was almost non existent. I almost felt bad for making her get out of her chair. Think I'll be shopping elsewhere.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced, poor quality quote & measure, faulty blinds installed (not right measure, cut wonky), months before getting a decent blind installed, dates not met, installer didn't turn up, a lot of time spent by me trying to get things rectified. Had to work with senior manager in head office to get my issues sorted.
