I turned up barely an hour before closing time this Easter Saturday and was greeted with the best service I could have hoped for. I was directed to speak with Josh about welding equipment and his knowledge in the field and practical advice was excellent. After talking through everything I'd need to complete my welding kit, I was treated to some pretty sharp pricing. Great consultative sale. You just can't get that with the online shopping experience.

The best tool retailers I've come across, the recent DeWalt (great tools) Roadshow sale was sensational (see my pic) ! The store manager, Mark, is great to deal with, always recommending the right tool for the job. I'm looking forward to the next Roadshow ! Thanks to all the team at Sydney Tools.

Quick shout out to Joshua their welding specialist, very knowledgeable and straight-up (bought something too cheap for the job against his advice, then went back and listened properly the second time). In an increasingly online world that kind of service makes the difference I guess.

Great experience. Steve was the salesperson, an excellent employee. Very friendly and knowledgeable. The store had everything we needed and even followed steve's recommendation in buying a makita blower as well. I recommend this store highly. I also don't know why google wouldn't let me post this when I made the purchase 3 weeks ago.
