My Father just picked up his Subaru, Wow, What an experience it was, Rod was the boy that looked after my Father and although we as a family have purchased a variety of vehicles, Prestige and other models, Never have I witnessed such genuine and caring nature from anyone like we did with Rod and Adam who assisted on Sunday ,Northern Beaches Suttons have certainly lead by example, Quality staff in a world where this is very hard to find. Just bought a Jeep Grand Cherokee and have to say it was a great experience. Paul and Layton could not do enough to guide me through the sales process (no pressure sales!!) and I have just picked up an amazing car. Definitely a dealership I will be happy to buy from again and look forward to taking my new car there for it's regular servicing. Highly recommended!
Absolutely awful service from the manager of the service center here. We gave these guys a call in hope that they could help us with an ongoing problem with an engine light, due to a modification. We asked to speak to a technician for some advice, but before even allowing us to explain the full story, the service manager told us they couldn't help us and put the phone down.
Fantastic experience dealing with Rod at Suttons Brookvale. Buying a car as a total surprise for my wife and he made everything extremely simple and straight forward. The car was ready bang on time and immaculately presented ready for her big surprise. Thank you to the team for all your help!
Wow! I just bought a used car from Suttons Northern Beaches (Brookvale). The sales person I was dealing with was Layton Larkins. He was friendly, professional and great to deal with. He followed up and delivered on every single thing he said he would! Amazing service. He's also great at communicating and kept me in the loop throughout the car buying process. Did my jeep servicing on 23 of January 2020 and paid 930 for servicing . Its not even 2 months and my jeep started giving me all sorts of problems. I went to brookvale service centre they told me that they cant do anything and i have to go to chatswood for that. And moreover i have to pay 150 per hour for computer check. Fell like i shouldn't have done servicing from jeep. I. I missed my 1 servicing because of some reason and they cancelled my extended warranty for which i have already paid. When my jeep was under warranty i never got any problem after servicing. But as soon as they cancelled my car warranty. I started getting whole lot of problems after servicing as if they want me come back again and again and pay for everything. Its getting really difficult for my wife to go to work and drop our 3 year old kid to childcare as we got only one untrustable car
