Love Reece, Jess is a legend and they are so cruisey to work with. Product is always spot on and they are a breeze to exchange in the case that a client wants to upgrade or switch their vision. Can't recommend them enough.
Needed a cistern lid from an older model cistern that is not made anymore. Was told by various other plumbing organisations that I had no hope. Jessica in Brookvale went to bat and helped me out. Got one that was very close, enough I can get away with it after a little modification. Brilliant service. Thanks Jess.
