There’s customer service, great customer service and PEDDERS Brookvale!! The owner Rob, his wife and staff exceeded all expectations! Thoroughly recommend these guys, they helped sort an issue, no one else could fathom. 6 stars out of 5!

I now have a new rule, always take pictures of your wheels and car at any shop before handing over the keys. I take my car down for a wheel alignment and upon returning, notice a mark on one of my wheels. I rub over it hoping that it is just some dust but find that there is a small gouge. When I mentioned it, Rob the manager, seemed genuinely concerned and asked to wait for the guy who drove the car to return as to ask him about it. When he returns, the guy also inspects the damage and claims that he didn't do it. Upon stating that I am sure that they weren't marked when I dropped it off, (I had removed and reinstalled the wheels a few days prior and hadn't driven it since so I am certain they weren't marked), he said that if he looked at the footage from a camera they had installed, would he see me inspecting each of the wheels before dropping off the car? As I hadn't, I had no proof and so he took no responsibility for the damage. If you care about your vehicle, please make sure to take pictures of it so that you can avoid any further unnecessary repair costs.

Rob the manager is a decent bloke and knowledgable. His team though have varied standard of work and I had numerous issues before walked away happy. I Have confidence that Rob will bring the team up to scratch but at the moment check the work done afterwards.

Horrible service. False quotations to make more money. Left my dipstick out which threw engine oil all over my engine bay - cost hundreds to clean. Saw them thrashing my car around Brookvale. Failed to contact me back or reimburse me after complaining directly to the manager. 0/5. Worst service I’ve ever received.

Took my vehicle here to have the suspension looked at following a failed pink slip due to excessive front wheel play. Advised Pedders of the specific problem I was looking to have fixed. Quote came back for new front shock absorbers. Okay, they are the specialists. They order the wrong type of shock absorbers and then i get the call - actual correct part has to be shipped from Singapore - and cost an additional 300. Not good - but hey they are the experts. Finally get the work done after 2 week delay. 1494 total cost. Pick up car and go for pink slip the next day - failed again! You guessed it - excessive front wheel play. They have fixed nothing. Local guy replaces a tie end rod (additional 300) and passes the vehicle. They will charge you for work not required. Get a second opinion.....
