Incredible service and a fantastic team. Handled my insurance claim in an impeccable manner and the repairs were carried out to a very high level of detail and care. While timing is always uncertain and dependent on availability of parts, particularly in my case where the vehicle was in a niche segment, the team nailed the brief and turned around the repairs in less than half the time expected. The quality of the finishes were well above expectations. Very thankful to the repairs and claims team at Motorserve Brookvale. A great job completed by a great team.

I have been getting two of my cars serviced with NRMA but since it is sold to motoserve, their focus seems to have changed from customers service to company service only. They try to charge as much as they can extract. Prices are inflated for any additional thing they suggest. Eg wheel rotation 60, when they are already changing break pads and so on and so forth. I ended up paying around 950 for breaks and service. So original NRMA customers be aware on what they quote. I have no complaints with car service part.
Two days after servicing, the engine tray came off. Didnot get a car wash too! When asked was told the guy who washes it went home.
3.9.20 - 2.00pm The assessor was very professional and courteous however administration were rude, arrogant and sarcastic. when the assessor asked for a Taxi voucher as part of their ‘ customer service’ was told “he’ll have to wait we’re busy’ very flippant attitude. i waited for several minutes before approaching the counter and asking what was going on and they had no idea what i was talking about i when i told them that was poor customer service they became defensive and aloof as though i was a nuisance for following up on basic customer service, there was nobody bar one or two customers there at the time will not be going to Brookvale branch again and will be reconsidering renewing NRMA insurance.. i recommend the two women working in the claims admin department get properly trained in customer service. overall very disappointing experience. very unprofessional.
Always find the folk at NRMA Brookvale to be very helpful, friendly and professional. Never had a complaint to make and would think it most unlikely in the future there would be any need for concern. I trust that the servicing is of the highest quality and it has always proven to be so. Thank you all - you're a great team.
