Amazing experience at this spa today, Sara on the front desk is super friendly and calming. Catherine, the beauty therapist who looked after me today was so gentle and caring, I honestly haven't felt this relaxed in a very long time. Super clean spa with gorgeous decor also :) this will be my new regular!

My all time favourite place to get a massage. From the moment you enter you feel relaxed and are treated with a warm tea. The therapists are always so attentive and helpful. They’re willing to provide suggestions after the massages on ways to assist tension spots. They keep notes of what you get each time and the areas you like being focused on. I highly recommend!!

I was pretty disappointed this time round at endota. This was my second visit and I had booked in for a hot stone massage ( 180 ) . The towels felt oily and greasy as a laid down. The massage had no flow, it just felt like the hot stones were being glided over with no rhythm. It was a very stop start massage, I felt like more time was spent fiddling with the stones rather than being massaged. I felt uncomfortable as when the treatment finished I was instructed to get dressed, half way through getting dressed ( only had my pants on ) she knocked and came back in and started to retail me products. The therapist was lovely but by this point it was just getting ridiculous. Because of this experience I wouldn't return. Perhaps some further training is needed.

I had my first facial here that I received as a gift for my birthday. It was a very relaxing experience but I found the instructions weren't clear on what to do (e.g. take your shoes off for a facial - who would've thought?). Otherwise, had a great and relaxing time. Holly (?) at the desk was so very upbeat and friendly which was nice.

Thank you Chloe! I had a heavenly surrender spa package (massage and facial) this morning. It was so relaxing! The experience is wonderful from start to finish - easy to book using voucher I received for birthday, quiet and calm space, despite being inside the mall, the product smells and feels amazing and the therapist gave a truly wonderful massage/facial. Highly recommended

I went here for a pregnancy massage (last year 2019). The therapist was sick and had to keep on leaving the room to cough! Completely unacceptable especially for someone who is in the early stages of pregnancy. It was a horrible experience. When I complained about this to the front desk lady I still had to pay full price and was told someone would call me to speak about my experience - I never got a call.

I would've loved to enjoy my experience however they have cancelled my appointment twice now. My original appointment was supposed to be 3 weeks ago and now they have cancelled again and is scheduled for 2 weeks (I can only go on weekends). I get it they're busy but so is everyone else. I find it ironic how they can cancel appointments the day before no issues but if a customer does it they charge a cancellation fee. Disappointed with this brand and I haven't even had my appointment yet :(
