The old lady Margaret is beyond rude. I was not approached by any staff member to see if i needed any assistance and when i had a question for Margaret she was so condescending and unhelpful. When I was at the cashier and asked for my student discount she continued to question if i was a student after i told her i held an active account with eckersleys for over three years. Will not be returning to this store..

You'll likely find everything here for all your drawing and painting needs. Have to say I haven't had an issue yet. Always helpful staff.

Phoned ahead to check what I needed was in stock and the staff member was very helpful. Without prompting she said she would put it aside for me. I thought the staff may be intimidating but they were both were very knowledgeable and helpful. No question was to dumb.

First time visitor. I was helped by a lovely young girl who got me everything I needed. When I went to the counter the elderly lady (Margaret) was quite rude and I left the store after my purchase with a really bad taste in my mouth. Disappointed that my experience was tainted by the end.
