Just purchased the 2021 T-Cross from Hamish at Bill Buckle Volkswagen and I'm extremely happy with the service. Big thanks to Hamish who was very knowledgable and attentive in explaining to me the differences of each model to ensure that I picked the right car!

Bait and switch advertiser. Pics of the vehicles online are not of the actual vehicle for sale, not even close. Save yourself the annoyance, time and go to an honest dealer. Below ad, including rego plate of vehicle. Pics of actual vehicle same rego as ad. If they can fill out the correct rego plate, they can put in the right number of seats and correct model car. Its parked right out front, no excuse.

We had the best experience we have ever had in buying a new car Nathan was open and honest and has a love for cars so he was informative. We did not plan to buy a car on the spot and there was no pressure. We are very happy to deal with both Nathan and Denis any time in the future ... thank you for Making it so easy

I asked for a cost proposal to fix my Volkswagon Golf. I was quoted 352 to diagnose the problem with the engine. After agreeing to that, the diagnosis was that I needed to agree to 10 hours of further investigation costing 1,760 to diagnose the actual problem (but not fix it), which is then likely to cost upwards of 7,000 to repair. Is that really a solution? The person I spoke to suggested I should probably go to a local mechanic, as it is apparently too big a job for Volkswagon to fix. Sorry, I thought you were Volkswagon??? This is the second time I have been completely underwhelmed by this service center.

We dealt with Clive and he was great at setting up test drives and discussing the various models and perks. I was ready to buy that day and he made it super easy. The staff were really friendly and professional when I picked up my car from the dealership and everything was made easy and straight forward.

Terrible service. Do not buy from this company. Happy to take your money But if you have a problem they won’t fix it. I have a very small problem with my brand new vehicle and have called them several times and tried many different people to help me. Always told someone will call me back. And they never do. Absolutely disgusted.

Car was towed into the service centre with the primary expected cause advised by NRMA (who arranged the tow). Buckle service found an other issue and replaced that part but didn't bother checking the fuel pump as suggested. Picked up filthy with diesel inside the engine bay and the front panels. 3 weeks later car towed back. This time diagnosed as faulty fuel pump. They also said that they fixed the fuel gauge. This time when I picked it up, not cleaned as promised after the last experience and fuel gauge still not working. 3k later I have no confidence in what the Buckle service centre may or may not have done. Still no reply from my email to them on this.
