I got a keyring photo engraved at the last minute. The service provided at this kiosk was absolutely amazing! I didnt get his name, but he went above and beyond to help. The photo engraving turned out absolutely AMAZING! (The photo doesn't do it justice) Thankyou for providing old school customer service, I will be back!

Terrible quality, got sole repaired for hiking boots and the sole came off in a day. Guy offered 6 month warranty then claimed it wasn't valid when I came back, wanted to charge more to fix. Avoid, these guys are crooks.

I had a terrible experience at this place! They man at Broadmeadows store was extremely rude when I last visited. I was inquiring about a certain product and he continued looking at his phone, ignoring me, mocking me, and laughing. I am sure the good reviews are fake and they are simply from close friends of the owner!!!! Disgusting
