Great service, really lovely to see all these cats being cared for and loved before they are rehomed. Couldn't recommend more.

My partner and I attended this haven yesterday to adopt our newest family member. The entire process was professional. Ingrid is down to earth, and straight to the point. You can see her love shine through for every single one of the cats and kittens at her haven.

A wonderful place that rescues feline furbabies and finds them the perfect homes

Well priced considering that all proceeds go to the care and maintiness of the cats. Ingrid her self is a lovely and cheerful person always happy to give advice even after you purchase the cat. She genuinely cares for the cats and wants the best homes for them. The cats have their own personalities but many are very cuddly and others just need time. Cats come with a vet history a microchip vaccinated flead wormed and ready for a warm home.

Ingrid's Haven really is a Haven for cat lovers. She quite evidently does what she does out of love for cats... And that shows. Post adoption support too has been very helpful and forthcoming.

My partner and I were left traumatised after a very unprofessional Ingrid not only degraded us as people, questioned our integrity but also spoke to us like pieces of dirt. We had previously picked up a stray and taken him to the vets to find out he had feline aids. We made the decision not to take him in as we had another cat at home and didnt want to put him through the trauma of multiple vaccines.Which was entirely our decision to make. Ingrid told us multiple times we had abandoned this stray after giving him a home. "would you abandon your friend if he had aids?" She was rude and condescending and avoided us at all costs so we stood around waiting for 2 hours just to adopt a kitten. "god help you if you abandon this kitten as well." She spoke down to us and was down right horrible. Would NEVER return which is unfortunate considering my partner and I adore cats and would love to adopt more. After finally getting through this HORRIBLE interaction with this horrible woman, my partner and I sat in the car with our new kitten and cried about how awful we felt. Incredibly unprofessional, horribly sad and downright disgusting that someone can speak to another human that way. I work with criminals and even then I have never been spoken to the way this woman spoke to me. If you want people to adopt your cats, perhaps have someone with some form of human decency dealing with customer interactions. On a positive note, the baby girl we adopted is absolutely beautiful and very very loved.
