As we went there to upgrade our plan and also to switch nbn with Vodafone, this lady name Georgie spend so much time explaining the new plans with all those patience answering each and every question we asked with smile, we have been asking same questions again and again but she keeps on repeating herself without any hesitation as sometimes it quite difficult for us to understand being English our second language. I am very much empress with the communication she does with customers ️️️ Love Vodafone ️

My review is based soley on the customer service we received from Jen, who served my wife and myself at this store. She was fantastic and made the experience of purchasing a new phone for my wife really easy. I have had very poor service (mostly from their call centres) to the point I actaully left vidafone due to this. But if Vodafone had more people like Jen, it would be a much better company. Thanks Jen!
Very bad response from the staff and alot of delay staff with very slow with the computer.
Been here about 5 times for data and they have always been so helpful but moreover they offer the specials of the month which tells me they know their product , thank you team, great customer service.
