This is a fantastic store and the staff are so helpful and generous in sharing their expert knowledge and guiding you along the way. Paul really helped me select a great camera and accessories combination. And, Daniel S. provided one of the best services I've ever received by helping me get setup for video streaming. 11/10 for service, if you want great, professional AND caring staff you cannot go past Ted's Cameras. After ringing Panasonic regarding a problem with my camera and no help from them I turned to Ted's Cameras and Caillan came to the rescue and solved the problem (even if I did not purchase the camera from their store ). Large range of cameras and accessories to choose from. Thank you from the bottom of my heart Caillan and all the lovely staff, I will recommend you to an everyone.

1 Star is to generous the service there is anything but professional. I walked in and greeted the staff member and described the fault with my camera and they just stood there and said "Oh never seen that before!" "Probably a software problem!" "Have you changed the lenses?" And then I turned my attention to the second hand cameras in the cabinet and they had to look up the specs for cameras I was asking about they didn't know the answers to the questions they didn't even know what the prices were. So I wouldn't waste the time with this shop.

Received amazing service from the legendary Paul, Pauline and (Tall) Daniel today buying my first camera !!! They were so friendly and easy to talk to and really took care of me. Paul taught me how to use the camera and was so great to speak to. Will definitely be back for my photography lesson!!!

These guys were all amazing. Daniel served me from the get go on the phone & was very informative but they were all extremely helpful once in store and answered any questions I may have had. An absolute amazing team where a newbie like myself felt welcomed and encouraged. I was a bit nervous going in but Daniel M and Paul made me feel welcomed right away. They took their time explaining different cameras and lenses and even went above and beyond by showing me photo examples on their computer. I will definitely be back! Thank you guys!

A 5 star review for Daniel S!!! (Pacific Fair) Recently I put my canon camera in for repair and was somewhat concerned as to the length of time it would take to be returned. However, Daniel overcame this concern by offering me a replacement camera for the duration of the repair (which was very much appreciated). I returned to discuss some concerns over my camera and he dealt with these issues immediately and without fuss. Daniel has always provided a high level of customer care and his honesty and integrity has made me want to be a return customer of TEDS.
