I have used many different Spec Saver stores over the years... This one is wonderful....such an excellent choice of frames in all prices... The service is friendly, knowledgeable & attentive... Paris & Sonya have been so good to me in helping me get the frames to suit & to make sure my vision is correct.... Thankyou girls...I really appreciate your exemplary service...

I walked in yesterday and had the most loveliest lady who dealt with me. Her customer service was way beyond my expectations.Excellent. I went back today and got her again. Lovely smile very welcoming and I just felt so relaxed. I didn't want to deal with anyone else. She helped me choose my frames and was very patient and attentive. I purchased 3 pairs. And made an appointment for my husband I am so happy she dealt with me. I don't think I would have stayed.Thankyou.

This is the worst eye store I have ever visited. Lady who served me at the counter was rude and so disinterested in serving or attending to my needs. When she assured me to a side counter and collected my details and found out I was here of a routine eye test. She then informed me that we can't do this test today, would you like to make a booking for another time. Thank you for respecting my time and me as a customer NOT. Don't bother with this place. Go to OPSM like I will be from now on. At least they understand the value of a customer. Avoid this place like the plague

I've never worn glasses before and the whole process of going to optometrist and choose from hundreds of frames was completely overwhelming me. But thanks to Karen, my experience was such a breeze! She was so patient (I am very indecisive, she has the patience of a saint!) and very helpful. I felt like she really went above and beyond to help me out, would definitely recommend :)

Welcome you in the store friendly staff excited service they all help you pick the right glasses for you. The the optometrist was lovely person he made you laugh explained everything to you. I will back because the service was great.
