The communication was excellent and made for a very slick and refined transaction that felt neither rushed nor wasteful. FIRST CLASS EXPERIENCE PERSONIFIED!!!! A huge thanks to Wyatt and his Team at Langfords Rolex Boutique @ Pacific Fair. The service experienced was second to none right from start to finish. The pure professionalism from the staff far exceeded the already high standard of service you would automatically expect when purchasing such an expensive time piece. The initial wait (nearly 14 x months) was far forgotten when I received the call from Wyatt saying that he had obtained my New Blue Submariner, 40 mm, Oystersteel and yellow gold. Thanks again Team Rolex @ Pacific Fair, we will be back!

Possibly the worst experience ever! Extremely dissatisfied with level of service and after three visits and I can honestly say we were never impressed with the staff at any of our visits but it was local for us so we persisted. We eventually decided on a particular Rolex but when we arrived at the store they would not let us in as they were attending to other purchasers. They knew who we were, they knew the cost of watch we were buying. Absolutely disgraceful. After reading other “positive” reviews on this site we have come to the belief that they are all fake. The service has never been at an acceptable level from this type of store. We had just purchased a 60,000 watch from another store (not Rolex) on the Gold Coast and THEIR service was exceptional. We are now flying to Sydney to purchase the Rolex my partner wants and will never return to this store again.
