The lawyer I dealt with was unreal. She was thorough,friendly and brought up things I would never have thought of. I was extremely satisfied and I would highly recommend them to anyone. The staff are friendly and helpful.

Will was prepared contrary to Executors wishes....luckily the turn of events proved the error to be non consequential. Could never contact the officer in charge of our case and she never returned our calls. We lodged a complaint and was transferred to another officer. The PT Office had been holding onto 220,000 for 3 months instead of distributing straight away. The documents lodged with the Titles Office were incorrect which delayed settlement of the sale of the house.. Because of our troubles we were promised a reduction in fees but fees were excessive!
Good advice provided and The lawyer raised some possible issues that I had not considered before. He reiterated what I had decided each time before he entered the data and moved on to the next topic. I felt confident that he had heard me and fully understood my wishes
It was easy and quick to make an appointment. All staff were very knowledgeable and friendly. This made the process of making our Wills go very smoothly. We also got them to do our Enduring Power of Attorneys at the Southport office who supplied the same outstanding service.
