This place seems nice but living quarters are to close together and a lot of public shaming takes place. This place would be recommended to a young person other than someone in their forties or fiftees who has basically been forgotten about due to negligence in the corporate world. Personally I choose a specific farm - type Utopia in the hinterland near Maleny . Thx Maria Itsmindo Life is short have fun... seek adventure and rate yourself equal to the trees and the stars for they are your brothers and sisters .

Hi Peter, just wanted to say a big thank you for everything you did with helping me get to the Banyans. It was the greatest experience of all time better then I Ever imagined it to be and I feel like a whole new person and that I’m living a whole new life and I thank you for that and everyone else at the Banyans because I have turned my life around and I haven’t felt like this in a long long time and I don’t even think I have actually ever felt this good with life at all and that is all thanks to everyone at the Banyans thanks again mate your an absolute legend your program is amazing in every way.
Our daughters recurring struggle with depression led us to investigate options that would provide her the life tools that would help her identify symptoms, manage through and overcome negative cycles. The folks at Banyans immediately understood the depth of the issues and demonstrated the multi-disciplinary skills that satisfied us to proceed. Great care was taken by them to negotiate the pre-admission requirements and proceed through admission to their facility outside of Brisbane. We joined our daughter on her arrival at The Banyans, a warm comfortable and secure environment that immediately made us feel we had made the right choice. Although it was hard to leave her behind, we knew it was the right thing and that she would be better for it. Each day we spoke with her we sensed her progress as she diligently worked through therapy, diet, exercise, life-skills, knowledge as she gained confidence to recognise and manage her condition. One of the most impressive aspects was their scientific approach using laboratories to conduct genetic and blood analysis that informed her of her unique bio-chemistry, which they coupled with their therapeutics to arrive at satisfying conclusions. This was so important so as to remove the stigma so often associated with mental disorders imposed by society. She completed 5 weeks and returned home stronger, fitter, healthier and well prepared for the road ahead. She has continued her support program and understands this is an important part of the continuing building blocks she is obtaining to get on and ahead building her future. We remain optimistic and confident that our daughter is well and truly on her way. We were very happy with all the staff input and care afforded to her. We would recommend The Banyans team to anyone who is unfortunately affected, but grateful that they were there for us and still are.
If you're looking for somewhere to find peace, relax and experience what wellness really is, then you need to go to The Banyans. I have never experienced a place like this. My health and well-being was top priority to the wonderful staff and professionals here and I'll be forever grateful.
