Great experience. Staff were very helpful and provided excellent service. Great range of shoes and I was able to get exactly what I needed. Quite reasonably priced as well considering the quality and comfort. Handy location lower ground floor in the Wintergarden.

The store manager 'Rohan' at Winter Garden, Brisbane City was fantastic to deal with and very professional when ordering a pair of shoes difficult to source. I was very impressed with his customer service and will be back.

Big thumbs up for Rohan sourcing me a pair of 880's in a D fitting during these difficult times. Went out of his way to find and get them to me. Continued excellent customer service from this store.

I had to buy my shoes twice, which cost me 440 in total... I ordered shoes online while at work at 4.40pm via the click and collect service. I then walked to the store. After waiting till 5.40pm the order still hadnt come through by email, even though the money had been taken from my account, head office had also gone home so we couldn't call them. As I needed the shoes for an event the next day, my only option was to buy them again, to then sort a refund the following Monday for the extra pair. I have to say the staff in the shop were very friendly, apologetic and did everything they could to help me, but there wasn't much they could do to resolve the terrible service from a poor central ordering system and no head office customer service after 4pm Brisbane time. Despite the friendly local staff (why it's two stars not one), I will not be using Athletes Foot again.
