Great for students new to Brisbane. They get you settled in and connected through many (almost daily!) events like sporting, lifestyle, food, games, visits and holiday celebrations. Will miss the friendly staff & RAs. ️

As a domestic student living at Student One Elizabeth Street, I couldn't ask for anything better! The location is perfect, directly opposite Queen St. Mall and only a 10 min walk to QUT. The facilities at all three locations are outstanding, with an array of games rooms, gyms, study areas, cinemas and not to mention the rooftop areas. The apartment themselves are decently sized and provide you with everything you'd ever need. I live in a 6 bedroom, which is quite afforable, and get along great with all my roommates. Not to mention the events calander which provides residents with daily events all year long! The staff are some of the nicest people I know and really work hard to get to know the residents on a personal level. I've definitely made some lifelong friends during my short time here, and intend to stay for the length of my degree. It's seriously such an awesome and once in a life time experience and I'd 100% recommend it to everyone.
I Iived at S1 for 1.5 years and it was such an amazing experience! The people are great and very helpful! The facilities are amazing, I loved the cinema room at Adelaide and the rooftop cinema at Elizabeth! If you live in one of the S1's you also get access to the common areas of other S1's! I made a lot of friends and I'll really cherish the memories made at S1! The picinics, food events, poker and trivia nights and saturday explorations of different framers markets!️ All RAs are amazing and they bring their own charm to S1! The view was amazing and I found it cheap compared rentals outside as the bills are all included! Very secure place to live in when you live in the city! 10/10 recommend ️
I love my room and the staff and the building in general. Just wasn't lucky with the roommates? The apartment I was assigned to has two very nice people and two that are super noisy and messy, would ask to change to another apartment but I'd have to pay (a lot) for it so I'm just bearing it until I find another place to stay. Would still recommend it, try your luck hahah
You can live a comfortable and safe life. I've been living abroad for the first time, so I've carefully set up accommodations. But unlike what I was worried about, the employees were very kind and above all, I was satisfied because I was able to live safely by myself. You can do a lot of activities in the facility and have various programs so you can get the opportunity to make multinational friends. It provides activities that you can enjoy in the facility, so if you choose your first accommodation, I recommend this facility. You will not regret it.
The accommodation in Student One Adelaide Street is the best you can choose if you're an international student wondering to spend some time in Brisbane. The staff is really kind, always looking forward to help you and with a big smile on their faces. I would repeat my experience in this accommodation million times more.
Student one is absolutely the best! had a wonderful experience living here. Not to mention, staff members are friendly and happy to help you anytime. Appreciate for all the support given during my stay and I really felt a ‘home away from home’. Special thanks to Calvin, Elaine, Camila and rest of the team members (apologies for not mentioned names, since I cannot recall) despite busy working schedules, staff members here are ready to assist when in need. I would not hesitate to recommend this place to anyone in the future..
A great place to stay. The location in the city is also very conducive for those studying in the city. I'd highly recommend Student One.
