I want a refund! Had laser for removal of small spider vein. Was told by consultant that the treatment size area paid for is a 50 cent piece. My small area is the size of a little finger nail. Was told I'd be able to do other small points around my face. On day of treatment, technician flatly denied that this was possible and wanted to charge extra for each spot. When it came time to do the treatment, pretty sure the power was turned down very low, treatment had minimal result. Consultant initially advised 1-2 sessions would suffice for my spot. Intensity did not feel even comparable to the laser hair removal I have had done. I was told it should be significantly more. Either the consultant needs to provide more accurate info. Or I've been scammed hard. Incredibly disappointed in how uncomfortable the technician made me feel. I will not recommended nor return. Do not trust them with your health and aesthetic, they do not care. Don't give me some generic email reply. Address the issues and pick up your game if you wish to continue serving the Brisbane community!

I read the bad comments previously but I decided to give it a chance. Tried to call the clinic noone picked up the phone.I went to the clinic to ask for appointment,there was noone at the reception.I was waiting for 40 minutes, once an Asian looking woman came out,smiled at me and then disappeared. I am very upset with their customer service would not recommend it to anyone.

Avoid at all costs! You may be drawn by their cheap prices, but results laser clinic is abysmal! Their treatments are rushed and the results you get are below par, their rooms unsanitary and I know for a fact that the majority staff have little to no experience with laser or skin. They are pressured by owners and management to sell and hit targets and so will recommend treatments and courses that you don’t need just to take your money. For the laser hair removal you are left on a bed naked, without anything to cover yourself. When I asked about this, they said the owners were too cheap to pay to have towels laundered and they try and cut costs at every opportunity. They use a highlighter that has been used on how many other clients Brazilians? And then proceed to use it on your face? Disgusting. The worst skin clinic and laser hair removal provider in Australia!

Im extremely disappointed with the service I received today. The staffs were so friendly before that why I have kept pre purchase. However what I have experience recently is always fully book, cut off some trading hours which found so hard to book in as a customer. I had to call Centre to book more than a week in advance and couldn't get my treatment done. The team member (think is a manager) tried to argue booking time with me why my phone showed differently and keep telling me to wait until 7.45pm. Happy to wait if nicely ask but without saying sorry and telling people to wait is unacceptable. You can make money from another customer in 15mins so don't wait others time. Please refund my purchased

Didn't let me know when my last 2 pre paid bookings were going to expire. Tried to Redbook with the city store and had a rude woman on the phone, tried to clarify the date of my appointment and was hung up on. Won't be showing up to that ! Also they take forever to answer calls but are quick to get you through your appointment time

I have been a customer of this clinic for well over a year and have spent hundreds of dollars. The girls are lovely however the "manager" is extremely unprofessional, condescending and has no customer service skills what so ever. After continually giving the clinic more chances, my time going there is done. I will not recommend this clinic until the manager leaves. I'm convinced she is the reason why the staff turn over is so frequent. It's a shame because all the other girls are lovely. I work in the city and would have continued to use the service if it wasn't for the attitude of the manager.

Had micro & oxygen infusion. Everyone does micro these days but treatment was really thorough and my skin feels super nice. Not pushy in sales and both treatments and products are really well priced. I think there is a discount for the first treatment too. My therapist Hannah was really nice and friendly.

The staff are so friendly and wonderful! They gave me a great consult and first session of laser hair removal - I felt very comfortable and the treatment was fantastic and easy!
