I spoke with Angus Mead from head office after placing a compliant about Ray White East Brisbane. Raywhite East Brisbane entered my home without notice ( during covid-19 and I am pregnant with no COVID-19 safe plan) failed to lodge my bond and asked for additional funds I did not owe. Angus did not follow up so I called a month later and he dismissed it. I asked if there is a code conduct given the behaviour and whether this was representative of RayWhite, as the google reviews up reflected my experience. Angus was rude, stated I didn’t give him time to talk and did not answer my compliant. Guess his behaviour implies the answer....

I have rented a property from Ray White Warner from 13th May constant requests have been made to have the rear pergola area cleaned, and in their defence they have had the dead rat that was laying there from when i moved in finally removed on Monday 27th the whole pergola area is filthy and i am being told that because it's on my entry report i have the right to leave it in the same condition on vacating the property. I have major problems with being told this. The yard is also in an unacceptable condition, again i have continually been asked for this to be rectified or am i supposed to let the lawn grow for a year and vacate, and this will be acceptable? I don't think so. The property has many issues that are not being delt with in a timely manner and to say I'm discusseded at the way this is being handeled is to put it mildly. I want the issues with this property fixed or i want compensation to move and if necessary i will go to public media to vent my concerns, I'm sure A Current Affair would love to hear about this situation. The action received so far is non existent and unacceptable. Please contact the agent concerned for a copy of the condition report and a copy of the 169 photos that accompanied it. Please feel free to contact me, my contact number is available at Ray White Warner.
