Michael is an extremely dedicated and knowledgeable optometrist. Great service provided by other staffs as well. One of the best high end eyewear stores in Brisbane, and the few places provide products from ZEISS. Have been using their service exclusively since 2017.

Michael Makras and his Optiko Team are consummate professionals, welcoming and friendly, who really know their stuff when it comes to helping you find the perfect frame. Optiko has the most diverse and unique range of glass frames and sunglasses, leaving London (where I have lived for the past 20 years)for dust! I purchased 2 Optiko in-hpuse design frames (both one offs) and beyond happy, they are light, with stunning laser cut design. If you want a pair of unique frames that will always bring the comment of "oh i love your frames" there is only one place to go OPTIKO
Optiko I felt were super professional the entire time I dealt with them. Had a few issues with my glasses due to my enormous head. The staff were very patient with me and helped a great deal. Super stoked with my JMM Torino in green. If you're willing to pay for a tier 1 product you should definitely see Michaela or Mike. They know their stuff.
Michael, the optometrist is meticulous, thorough, and lovely! The staff are great, know their product lines and are happy to go that step further for you, checking online or with the James St shop. They really do care about your eye health - highly recommended!
My wife and I love visiting and shopping at Optiko. Both their stores (James Street and Tattersall's Arcade) are always filled with the best brands and stylish selections.
