Whenever we visit and eat at Madtongsan nothing changed. It's the same friendly and efficient service, food taste great and staff are amazing. Our absolute favourite is their Bossam! Generous slices of thick poached pork and underneath is a bed of kimchi and greens. Definitely will always comeback here.

Amazing food and service. Their meat cuts were great. We were a group that were confused on what to order and the staff was very helpful in helping us choose. I’ve read reviews about inattentive staff but the table had a button that let us call them and they came readily every time which is above and beyond in my book.
Not bad for a street food cafe. Some food is too oily. Perhaps great after a big night out or if your a big alki. This will help sober you up. LOL.
While Madtongsan II isn't the best Korean in Brisbane, they are the most 'consistent' one. I work extremely close by so I have been getting takeaways from here at least 4 times a week for the past few years. If you like something on the menu, I guarantee you that it will taste the same the next time. But, if you don't like the taste of the particular menu, don't order it again because it will taste the same. The value and the price is extremely reasonable and I personally found the lady owner and all the employees very friendly. So I'd still give it a 5-star.
Just really mediocre. Not great decor, uninterested staff, food that's just a bit more expensive than it should be and not enough meat per serve.
Standard selection, but was not really tasty given the price point. Ordered korean fried chicken but was disappointed as it wasnt crispy nor tasty.
Nice variety of korean food and everything was really tasty. We especially liked the bossam! Service was a bit inattentive and lacking though which could be improved.
