How about updating the business hours. I called at 8:00 am because google shows the business open at this time and no one answered the phone which suggests to me that it's closed at this time.

Have used the service at Anzac square and Brisbane city for many years now and have always only ever had a great experience each time. Helpful staff and always willing to work with me to get my transactions done. Thanks again.... would gladly recommend this service as one to use if I was asked on options to remit funds overseas.

Bought Philippine Pisos ... was given an older note ... 1000 piso ... I did not realise at the time that this series had been demonetised therefore valueless. Could not spend or change it in the Philippines. Took it back to exchange for valid note. Long story short ... need to phone head office .. etc .. how did this happen .. blah blah blah ... but no exchange note for me ... out of pocket 1000 pisos ... AUD 27 odd at present .. will see if the company comes good and replaces or refunds ...

I went there at lunch time and it was closed with a tiny note saying will be back shortly. So went back after about an hour and half to find the person behind the counter munching on her lunch. She started answering my question with her mouth still full and halfway through her answer, gave up, and asked me to go away and come back in 10 minutes. I just walked across the road to Adelaide street and got what I wanted done at another currency exchange manned by someone with much better manners.

I am very grateful to Lotus Foreign Exchange. They are so prompt with all the money transactions which I send from Australia to India. I have been with Lotus Foreign Exchange , the Brisbane Branch, Adelede Street for the past 7-8 years and I have always had a good experience. The staff are very pleasant and polite and very helpful. Most often I have had Mrs Sravani ( Brisbane Branch, ) attend to my transactions and I found her very helpful, friendly pleasant, polite and has a sound knowledge of her work. I have never had a problem or negative experience till date and I am very happy to continue with Lotus Foreign Exchange for money transactions to India. I highly recommend this organisation.
