We came across KBIT about 6 years ago when we had terrible security problems with our website and they were recommended to us by another supplier as the go to people. Nothing was too much of a problem and they sorted out our issues over a weekend. I asked KBIT if they could continue supporting our web applications but instead they offered a one stop shop solution to all our IT needs, hardware, software and web support which previously was split up over several suppliers. KBIT are based in Brisbane and we are in Melbourne which we thought may be an issue but given the great service on the web issues we took the plunge to work with them. Now we have a single source solution with a set monthly fee which makes it easy to budget. The service we receive is proactive and nothing is too much trouble. KBIT also added a VOIP phone solution which saved us having to make a 12,000 investment in a phone system and our monthly bill of around 900 per month dropped to an average of 300 per month!! Best of all we don’t have to have any dealings with Telco’s anymore which was always a source of huge frustration. If you are looking for an IT partner I would say look no further than KBIT.
