Horrible service. Ordered through menulog and when i called to clarify some items was hung up on. Never received my meal or contacted when trying to find them and was charged. Used to love going here. Never again. Poor service and quality. Cost me \u003e30 which i cant afford to lose. Dissapointing and very appalled by rude service.

Best Ramen that I have found in Brisbane, staff are very accommodating and friendly. Broth is awesome and very tasty, well anything that gets made from scratch is full of awesomeness. If you are lucky, you can get a seat at the counter and get your serve of Ramen in porcelain bowls, otherwise\u200b plastic takeaway bowls on a cardboard carry tray. You also get the option of extra noodles, upon receipt of your serve of Ramen.

Believed to be the same one with Gold Coast, Hakataya Ramen at the Queen Street Mall was incredibly authentic. It wasn't as spicy as you'd expect it too.

Had the spicy miso ramen. Food tasted amazing. Better than other Japanese restaurants that I've visited in the city. Price was good too.

Good ramen and quick service. Enough places to sit around. Broth is good and they give you extra noodles (which is required if you are used to eating large portion sizes).

Pretty great service, food is good... I've been to many of the other Hakataya ramen, this one makes their miso spicy... more spicy than others... this is great if you like spice... but not if you aren't ready or have kids who can't have the extra spicy goodness :-(
