Absolutely disgusting behaviour displayed by the accounts department in bullying tactics of Veda and legal action threats. We have done nothing but try and resolve the billing issues, which is evident by the many many emails that have been sent. The communication continues to be ignored, and contradictions are made and further ignored. Fonebox are happy to continue charging you for a service that they are not providing and that has been cancelled many times. Every time, the email communication stops, until the next month rolls around. Do not have your phones answered by Fonebox.

Hands down worst company i've had to deal with - they charge a tidy sum to not answer the phone and take messages - which is what they are contracted to do - each month they take an auto payment from you but on their side don't answer the calls. Customer Service do not reply to you and your left paying their bills and getting nothing in return.
