Very bad service. Nobody picks up calls no matter how many times you call them for an issue with the billing system that is company's fault. Tried emailing, no replies at all. Nobody calling back. Customer service at Negative 5 stars. Thumbs down. No way to solve the issue since no communication is possible.

Incredibly poor services when it comes to billing and accounts being charged overdue fees, for an issue with the companies billing platform. I finally gave up and ported away from them. Their parting gift was yet another overdue fee. It seems they couldn't manage to take payment when due, but could put the original invoice amount plus the overdue fee through our credit card each month at a later date. Keep the 41.18 , you aren't worth the effort and attempts to recover it
Once again, I am sending emails as I receive invoices with incorrect charges. I called and email multiple times and the company is ignoring any type of contact. Instead, they keep sending me bills with late fees on top of the other without addressing the issue. I will move my 1300 number to another company or start a new one as customer servicer is below zero here. Shocking!
We've been with Fone Dynamics for over a year now, and I couldn't be happier with the service they have provided us so far. Rates / Pricing - We did a lot of research when looking for a call tracking company to sign up with. Fone Dynamics are miles ahead of the competition in pricing of both per phone number and per minute. For the amount of numbers and call we get, our bill is minor. Customer Service - Very easy to just pick up the phone and speak to support, or just email through a request. Very prompt response times. Backend / Client Portal - Very simple and easy to use client portal. Easy to add new numbers and change end points. Overall I would highly recommend Fone Dynamics.
