I have been a member of this gym since it opened about a decade ago and it is definitely, hands down, the best gym in Brisbane. The amount of space is great and even during peak times it is never too crowded as there are three levels. Gym equipment is well looked after and members are courteous to one another and equipment/weights are usually returned to its correct place. Staff are also always helpful and friendly, and during COVID they seemed to have worked well together in keeping everything clean and have communicated any changes to member when needed. Keep it up FF Brisbane CBD!

They changed the hours on the weekend to be even shorter! 3hours !? As a city gym, you'd expect it to have decent hours of operation...

Great gym. Wish the operations hours where longer though.
Equipment are old. Classes are at odd times and clumped together rather than spread apart. Playlist makes you want to go to sleep instead of working out hard. Didn't get an induction and the free 2 PT sessions i was supposed to get and also took unnecessary payments out of my account 2 times.
Great facility. Great friendly staff. Highly recommend it.
Unhygienic and incredibly poor customer service. Management need better training in customer service and hygiene practices, overall a small gym that is most of the time is crowded, this along with opening hours that are not flexible will guarantee you won't get your moneys worth.
