Have never left a review of a business before but I need to warn people of the horrible experience I had last week whilst completing my CPR course. The teacher Adele was so rude to all the people in the room, putting people down if they gave a wrong answer. She failed to show us how to perform CPR on a baby? No one reminded her as we were all desperate to get out of there. She felt the need to correct everybody- she told all students they had placed the defibrillator pads in the wrong place. When we stated they were on the exact spot the images show she said that the images ON THE DEFIBRILLATOR must be wrong.. There were so many other things but I won’t go on. I kept waiting for someone to jump out and say this was all a big social experiment! I have completed my CPR training here 4 years in a row and will never return due to the staff members ridiculously rude attitude.

This company is amazing, they have excelled in implementing covid 19 precautions, met the 1.5 social distancing recommendations, we had our own cleaned manikin and equipment to do all the practical’s. This is a company of high values and I would recommend it to anybody needing the course. I really appreciated the extra they went to.

The First Aid and CPR course was delivered fantastically by Martin. As an ex paramedic he was able to explain everything in great detail and used real life scenarios as examples. Out of the four first aid courses I’ve done was by far, the best. Thank you!
