I have recently completed my cert IV (4) in Education support. I am 33 and this was my first time studying since I left school. I was nervous and unsure if I would get the needed support from an online course. I am very pleased to say that the course, resources and online portal were amazingly helpful and user friendly (I am not tech savvy). FTTA trainers were available for phone lessons and support anytime I needed. I was never rushed off the phone, my calls were returned very promptly and I was called periodically from my trainers to check in and see how I was going or if I needed any guidance. I cannot recommend FTTA enough. They have been absolutely brilliant and the support has been second to none. The course itsself was fantastic with ample resources and study materials. I feel this course prepared me to a very high standard to work effectively as an education assistant. If you are looking to study online call FTTA. I promise you will not regret it. This new career has changed my life and has given me a pathway to progress my career in education to university. I now plan to move forward and obtain my bachelor degree in primary education.

I've recently completed my Cert IV in Education support with FTTA. I chose to study with FTTA as I was able to receive a subsidised enrolment fee and I really liked that their online course structure was flexible and I was able to study at my own pace and not have deadlines for each unit etc. I was impressed with the printed resources FTTA provided me to aide in my study as well as their great online resources. Very glad I chose FTTA. Would highly recommend them as a wonderful company to study your Education Support courses through.

I have recently completed my cert 4 education certificate, it was simple, very informative and gave me all the knowledge i needed to to persue my career. My trainer and assessor were absolutely amazing, they supported me and my learning every step of the way! I highly recommend FTTA for any courses that they offer, their proffessionalism and commitment to their students is above all others and i will definatly be encouraging my friends and family to study with them in the future :)!! I just completed the certificate 4 in Education Support with FTTA and it was the best experience. I completed the course (including the 100 hours prac) in under 5 months- and I am a mother of 2 little boys. The online portal is AMAZING, I actually enjoyed the studying and wish FTTA did diplomas as I would be signing up tomorrow if they did!

This is by far the best organisation I have ever studied with! The trainers always respond to emails within 24hrs, they are willing to explain a question if you don't understand and they were always friendly. I only recently completed my practical assessments and had the location I was at comment on how well structured & how indepth the course was. I would recommend FTTA to anyone.

I just finished my education support certificate 4 through FTTA, great friendly staff who would always be their to help answer your questions, fast response time for results and completion of modules and great feedback when i needed to re answer a question. I recommended FTTA to anyone wishing to upgrade their skills or gain a certificate as the quality of staff you learn from are second to none.
