I recently attended Dynamic Web Trainings’ short course "Xero Accounting" for beginners and "Payroll" I found the training facility to be of an excellent quality, clean and well set out. The trainer, Jeffrey Phillips; was very experienced in his field but lacked basic teaching ability. He had no idea when it came to basic student control ( I E: Excessive and unrelated conversations, private telephone calls and some students completing commercial work tasks during study time) As I am a kinaesthetic learner, I found this very off putting that made my learning experience difficult. Furthermore, I found it interesting that our trainer informed the attending students HOW TO COMPLETE the feedback assessment form with specific instructions on what he did not want included in the comments. As a co-director of an R T O I am concerned that Mr Phillips does not have the competency TAE40110 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment plus the following units: either TAELLN411 or TAELLN401A, and. either TAEASS502 or TAEASS502A or TAEASS502B. Consequently, before I used Dynamic Web Training again, I would insist in siting the current teaching and assessing qualifications of their trainers. The training was very informative & easy to follow. The trainer (Wayne) was very patient and used actual examples to highlight what he was teaching. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this course to others.
Really enjoyed my 2 day beginners course in MYOB at Dynamic Web Training. The small class size meant the tutor could really tailor the course to suits my specific needs so we could delve deeper into aspects of the program that I will be using. Being an experienced practicing bookkeeper the tutor Graeme was not only able to teach MYOB but give me valuable bookkeeping advice which really enhanced the training. Definitely recommend this course for anyone starting out or wanting to get more out of the programme MYOB. Looking forward to the MYOB Payroll course.
If you are serious about getting quality training at a very reasonable price then this is the place. Attended Dreamweaver CS6 course last month and enjoyed every bit of that. Highly recommend to anyone.
