My partner bought my beautiful engagement ring from here! I’ve had to go back in a couple of times for resizing and cleans and the experience is always enjoyable! The owners and staff have old fashioned customer service and open doors for me with a pram and grab me a glass of water. Nothing is ever too much hassle for them and I feel very welcomed every time. They have even taken the time with me to teach me about my beautiful diamond. I really enjoy going in to see them as I feel it is a unique experience compared to other places you can buy a ring from. Not to mention the ring is beautiful and high quality! I’m really happy my partner chose here to buy my ring from the brothers!!

My partner surprised me with a stunning engagement ring which Danny had custom made. Such great customer service - I needed my ring resized urgently before going away for the weekend, and usually it would take 3ish days, but Danny called the jeweller to come in especially to get it done. Couldn't recommend Danny and the team enough! So helpful :-)
I was sitting in one of the bubble tea below and the staff or manager of this diamond store came out and started yelling at the bubble tea staff and say the music was too loud. I was sitting all alone there and I couldn’t stand this happening to a girl. The man (diamond staff) was having a very bad attitude and the music wasn’t even loud. Don’t put bad mood on a girl. I left the bubble tea store and come back for asking if she is okay, this kind of emotion and behavior should not be happening from a staff or even manager from a “store that is selling diamond”.
I booked an appointment with Danny, he is very patient, helpful and highly recommended!
