I scheduled an appointment with Dr. Yit Nah Lau at 1pm around 3 months ago. I got there on time and waited for 20 minutes for her to finish her lunch break. The consultation fee was going to be 275 for a service that obviously was not on time. I used my lunch break to wait for someone who plays with people's time. I decided to cancel my appointment and not to re-schedule it again. A true professional deliveries a good service from the moment the patient books the appointment, and follows up on him/her until is 100% satisfied. I would not recommend to anyone to go to this clinic.

The dermatologist we saw was fantastic. My husband had been having a rash on his face on and off for years. He'd seen several dermatologist, but none of them have him a diagnosis for his chronic condition and a long term solution to treat it. He is so much happier now.

Erin is wonderful! I haven’t been the easiest patient I’m sure but she’s kind, caring and has helped more than any other dermatologist I’ve been to in my lifetime. She’s happy to explain everything to me and goes above and beyond to treat my complicated disease. Thank you Erin!

Very happy with the treatment I received from Dr Greg Siller. My skin has cleared up in just 4 months and I have confidence back. Appointments always on time and very professional. Highly recommend this practice!

When you visit Central Brisbane Dermatology, please ask Dr Lau to really explain clearly the treatment she is recommending : is it on the PBS, what should be the costs (she should know and if she does not then she should find this out for you), what results can you expect, is this treatment suitable for a patient like you, if the treatment does not work what would be the next step etc . You are the consumer and it is her job to really explain this to you in plain English. They are helpful so do not hesitate to ask all the questions you believe you need answers to. Do not feel intimated by the fact you are talking to a medical specialist

Thanks for relating so well to our kids, and helping the child you treated to be comfortable. We’re grateful for the scratch test, the time you took to listen and explain the possible causes, and for your referral to an allergy specialist.

Hello, this review is not with reference to the quality of medical service, but rather the process I experienced in trying to book an appointment with Dr McMeniman. As some background, I called the clinic, emailed a referral and was told that I would be contacted shortly to arrange an appointment. I followed this up every two to three weeks, however received the following emails: 1) 3 October "I have passed it on to Dr McMeniman for triage, and will be in contact regarding an appointment as soon as possible" [no follow up from the clinic] 2) 22 October "We will hopefully be in contact some time this week with an appointment." [no follow up from the clinic] 3) 16 November "We still have the referral with Dr, we will be in touch as soon as we have an update." [no follow up from the clinic] I understand that doctors are busy (like any professional), however the service in my experience was quite average. I would have been extremely satisfied had the clinic / doctor simply indicated that they were busy and would be unable to see me. I subsequently went to a different clinic and an appointment was organised in less than a few minutes.
