WOEFUL! None of the Registry staff know how to do their jobs, they give you the run around and have no ability to be helpful WHATSOEVER. HOPELESS AND INCOMPETENT doesn't even begin to explain the lack of service I was subjected to in the 4 hours I was waiting for here. Considering Brisbane is supposed to be one of the largest courts - they are an embarrassment to the Justice Dept
Corruption is as rampant as it was during the Bjelke years. Family violence orders handed out for saying " your bum looks big in this". the 3,000 in a paper bag. Two minute hearings!. We need another Royal Commission into fraud by Magistrates.
The real criminals run this place. "You will not pay a court fee today" , "Thank you your honor". Only to find out you still pay the offender levy, a true scam from the system that seeks to endlessly take every shekel from you. Speak up, more shekels taken. They attempt to socially engineer you to accept fines for things that are not even illegal according to their own regulations & acts by charging you a "fee" for stepping foot in the court room under the guise of supporting the very same law enforcement who hand out these obscene fines. But the blame cannot go completely onto the mouth breather police force, they have their quotas designed to push them to do these adverse acts. The real offenders sit in their ivory towers counting their shekels, rubbing their hands together imagining new fees and charges to deal out to the masses while simultaneously breaking laws left, right and centre with complete immunity.
