The range and quality at this store is amazing! There are tables of Swarovski beads and gemstones, the walls are full of gorgeous bead strands, no matter what you're looking for, Beads & Beads will probably have it! The staff are so helpful, and will take the time to help you find the perfect parts for whatever you're making. The jewellery they make there is also fantastic!

I shopped for s simple bracelt clasp. The choices & variety available on hand just blew me away. My head would have exploded if it weren't for the advise Top service from knowledgeable and friendly staff that seem to be passionate
The women at Beads & Beads are super helpful and approachable. One staff member even took the time to talk me through making a necklace for my mum for Christmas, step by step. I can't really speak on price as I don't do this kind of thing often, but the selection and quality is great. Thanks again ladies!

What a disappointing experience very rude shop assistants in here. Totally unnecessary attitude and passive aggressive demeanour. I asked a simple question and was treated like an absolute imbecile. Never again. Appalling customer service. I believe they really need to re-evaluate the way they treat their customers and leave their attrocious behaviours at home.
