What can I say about AUG Brisbane. Shout out to Jason Foo who has been incredibly wonderful and helpful since Day 1. Initially, I was applying for a Postgraduate Degree with QUT. However, due to some reasons, I decided to switch the course and applied with UQ instead. The transition process such as document re-verifications and re-submission was a breeze. In brief, Jason has helped me through the process from A to Z, not to mention that AUG Brisbane is able to contact the university officers directly if there are some potential issues with the application.
Applying through AUG is very convenient that I applied three times. First time from high school to college, then for my Bachelor then recently for my Master’s. Applying via AUG, my application was prioritised by the schools as AUG has a good connection with them. AUG helped me everything else, from visa to accommodation for my first year overseas. Hope I can spread the word so AUG can help future students and make their lives so much easier.
AUG Brisbane service is good. In particular, Erica, Richard and Heidi are very helpful and responsible in handling our student visa. Richard has a high standard of professionalism. Erica and Heidi always follow up with our documents.

This organization charges a higher handling fee for work permit applications than other organizations, and its service attitude is average. If you don't handle the service, you won't be enthusiastic. Don't mind looking to their home to apply for study or immigration.
