Airline travel has certainly changed in 2021, but still had an amazing experience at the virgin lounge. Would love a little more variety in the treats on offer but commend them on the COVID protocols and space in the lounge. Overall a great experience! Cheers Virgin, and great to be back in the air!!!

Clean. Had desks to plugin and charge devices
Pretty standard affair with pre-packaged food and freshly made coffee and tea bags. The interior design lacks ambiance (Melbourne temporary lounge is better than this). The highlight would have to be the Virgin staff as they are friendly, courteous and polite
Great to see people wearing their masks, even the kids. Excellent service from Virgin Australia check in. Got upgraded to a better seat! Thank you Virgin Australia!
Checked in this morning Virgin terminal and check in was fast and professional staff very helpful
Always clean and modern looking. Can be a large walk but to or from the gate if you get designated on one of the gates are the satellite end. Staff are always accommodating and friendly.
Always check in at Virgin, friendly staff and quick security checks make for smooth entry to terminal gate
I have to admit, the virgin side has always seemed to be in a better state, especially the restrooms
