Helpful and friendly staff. Clean facilities. Due to COVID all shops and cafes were closed in the evening on Level 4 Departures area. The shops after security clearance were open however the cafes after security clearance were also closed in the evening time. There are lots of vending machines. Overall the airport is well structured and planned. There is lots of parking however due to COVID only ground floor parking is open which is ample space. The terminal access is also from ground floor.

Well it could be obvious that I love aircraft so I'm probably quite biased here. No, seriously. Security is first rate. Your every move is being watched in there. I'm sure Covid precautions are in place. No problems here

I flew into Brisbane for the first time last Friday, and haven't been there in almost 20 years. The airport was very simple, but so easy to get around. I didn't get lost, it had great bathrooms and the staff we're really helpful in directing me and more. Great simple airport and when I flew back to Sydney that day, they let me through quickly which I loved!

Easy airport to navigate, good facilities, heaps of long and short term parking. Air Train services both Brisbane and Gold Coast from both domestic and International terminals. Fares are not cheap on Air Train ( at time of writing 19.50 to the city). .. of the food places, I recommend the tasty but expensive "Seed" food in picture was 25.50...

This is the first time back at the airport since the beginning of the virus, it was good to see the airport working. This was first flight too, staying within my own state because I don't trust the government just yet with the border closures to try and fly interstate, otherwise the airport staff were all very helpful

Have spent a number of hours here. Plenty to walk around and see. Gate numbers easy enough to find. It was interesting seeing an older type of Qantas branding.

Spacious modern. Not so great for snacking though... Perhaps covid. Everything is closing by 18:00

During pandemic international arrival, authority will check your temperature when you get off the plane. Then they will check Queensland QR code. Then proceed to immigration. Then proceed to get your bags. Then proceed to customs. Then proceed to covid19 interview booth and show your Queensland QR code and passport and they will give you another forms to fill up and sent you an email for your hotel quarantine. Then qeueu to wait for your bus. From bus to hotel, passenger disembark 1 by 1, change mask before entering hotel lobby, then show your signed forms to hotel staff and they will give you your room number and welcome snacks. Then next is to show your Australia QR code to Federal Police. Then police will escort you to your room number.
