Lil is fantastic at cutting hair. She is invested in the health and condition of my hair. I like to experiment with my haircuts and Lil has never disappointed me. I always walk out of the salon feeling fabulous. I don't know anyone better with a pair of scissors.

First time here new to the area. Great vibe and great cut. Have extremely thick hair not easily managed & I'm fussy. Layered, thinned out, beautiful shape very happy indeed
I thought to try Figureheads for a very simple trim but I left extremely underwhelmed and with bits of hair longer than the rest. This was especially disappointing as the reason why I went to get my hair cut was so it would look nice at my cousin's wedding a few days later. I also asked if it was possible to not have a blow wave (as I didn't need one) but this was not an option. Instead, the hairdresser charged me 50 and left my hair wet so she could go home (I was the last appointment for the day). After calling and leaving a message expressing my disappointment and asking if someone could fix my hair, the director responded via text message saying "sorry you were disappointed with your hair our Salon is booked out today director." Not even the slightest care to call me back and express interest into why I may have been disappointed or to use basic punctuation! I decided to visit to explain my unsatisfactory experience in person and the director was just as rude! There was zero empathy in why I felt my experience was poor to which she brushed me off with "Your hair looks fine to me. I'm sorry, we can't help you here." Not even an offer to fix my hair another day. Very disappointing. As far as I could tell, there are only two staff members at Figureheads. This must be placing great strain on their business! Help out Figureheads by not going there for your next haircut, because they don't appear to be capable of handling anymore clients. Thank you.
