I made an order and got the shipment after 2 days, across states from VIC to NSW. The staff is so friendly and willing to assist. I got an item in the order list which was not in stock, the staff let me know immediately via email, we discussed on the phone, the refund for that item was completely in the day. 2 days later I got all the other items. I took the risk of purchasing a Maton S60 sight unseen from interstate, as there was just no stock availability in NSW/ACT. Purchasing through World of Music was quick and easy, in addition to them offering the best price available across Australia for this particular guitar. My order was place at 5pm Monday and the guitar arrived in Canberra the very next day at 3pm, very well packaged and in perfect condition.
