I have had my two chickens put down here in 2014 and today, The team are so loving and caring of all animals and really know their stuff. Im so thankful to have them so close to home to help with our more exotic pets.
The reception was exceptionally excellent and nice. Vanessa, our aviarian was excellent with the consultation, was friendly and was thorough with our birds health and recovery plan. I highly recommend this vet to any person who needs vet assistance for their birdies

My dog got out and was taken there. They helped me with the micro chip, had to re register him. They said I could go back and they would check it was done properly. Very helpful.

My husband and I brought a tawny frogmouth bird that we found in the garden two days ago, it has a broken right wing. In a matter of 2 minutes after our arrival, receptionist told us that it will be put down instead of treating the injury. We been asked to leave the bird with them. I was so upset when we reach back my home and regret bringing that bird to this clinic, very unprofessional veterinarian that never even shown himself or herself in the front desk. Very poor quality of service and very poor value of judgement.
